Training Programs
TTS clients continue to use programs to achieve their goals, including winning  National and Provincial Championships, winning their first races, winning the New York Gran Fondo… but the majority of clients on programs have more general goals:

  • Do you want to make sure you have a better cycling season than last year?
  • Do you plan on participating in a challenging charity ride, or going on a cycling vacation?
  • Do you want to improve your hill climbing?
  • Did you start riding in the mornings with a group of friends last year–and you’re totally into it–but now want to keep up with the faster riders?
  • Do you want to race this summer?

These are just some of the reasons that many of our clients want an organized, series of workouts to improve their cycling experience.

Toguri Training offers personalized, periodized monthly programs geared to help you reach your goals. You get a year plan (the big picture), a monthly program (to help organize your time and to give your training a broad focus), and a workout emailed daily (check your phone and do it!).

Programs cost $150+tx (CAD)/month.
Clients participating in Toguri Training classes or outdoor group workouts are eligible for 20% off monthly fees.

Monthly programs are established after an initial free consultation.

They are provided using a web-based training log ( The training log tracks what you’ve done and gives you a sense of what’s coming next. Workouts are emailed to you daily. Your program also provides the following:

• Anaerobic Threshold testing, Maximum Aerobic Power (MAP) if applicable
• Heart Rate and/or Power Training Zones
• Detailed workout descriptions
• Weekly goals when applicable
• Weekly E-mail Consultation

  2. Hi Hazem,
Unfortunately we do not hold learn to ride bike clinics, but I believe that Vélo Quebec does… If not, they might know who can help you.
