Toguri Training offers personalized, periodized monthly programs geared to help you reach your goals.
Monthly Programs cost $100 (CAD).
Cyclists participating in Toguri Training classes or outdoor group workouts are eligible for 20% off monthly fees.
Monthly programs are established after an initial free consultation.
They are provided using a web-based training log (trainingpeaks.com). The training log tracks what you’ve done and gives you a sense of what’s coming next. Workouts are emailed to you daily. Your program also provides the following:
• Anaerobic Threshold testing, Maximum Aerobic Power (MAP) if applicable
• Heart Rate and/or Power Training Zones
• Detailed workout descriptions
• Weekly goals when applicable
• Weekly E-mail Consultation
