TTS offers two ways to get fit outdoor: dynamic group workouts on the bike and strength training in the park… or stairs after dark!
OUTDOOR GROUP RIDES
Starting in May of each year, TTS offers coached, outdoor group training rides throughout the week. Sign up for a time slot that suits your schedule and we’ll pair you with other riders of equal ability. You’ll do group exercises in a safe, coached context involving a variety of riding scenarios, including pacelines, hills, bike handling… More than a workout, these rides provide clients with a chance to meet others with whom to train at other times during the week!! Your peer group has an impact on your fitness!!

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING (Rates Vary)
We offer individual and one-on-two coaching to clients with specific goals in mind. Our coaches have helped racers prep for National Championships and recreational riders get more comfortable descending so they could then join group rides.
