Gab Lehoux (BSc, Kinesiology) will discuss key movement patterns for cyclists in relation to posturology. He will also describe the importance of training with proper progressions, or building fitness through precise periodization.

Well-known strength coach and nutrition consultant, Eric Falstrault, will also be on hand to talk specifically about pre and post-workout nutrition, the myths of “sports nutrition” and effective/useless supplements for athletes.
