Michelle and I wanted to yell out Happy Holidays! to anyone who likes riding a bike, and a heartfelt, two-coaches-doing-the-wave to anyone who loves somebody who loves riding a bike!!!

The growth of Toguri Training through the summer and into the fall has exceeded expectations, and even the capacity of our indoor training area within the Snowdon Y. Again, we want to thank Christopher Laurin for helping us to get started, and Marla Gold for really insisting we go for it! We also want to thank all our clients whose advice, labour and friendship has helped improve our services, cycling knowledge and a training environment that is committed to the experience of excellence for all. A special thanks to Jean-François Houpert for helping us with…everything!!

We will be announcing the winter schedule shortly, along with… that can wait for a bit. Today is all about good wishes, and that’s why coach Michelle Paiement wrangled an angry Max Joly Smith and a somewhat distracted Rod Matheson to train night and day in order to offer you all this:

Happy Holidays Everyone!!
